We provide and manage all the equipment, tools and systems required for the stable operation of the complex. This includes: General machinery: cleaning equipment, ambient lighting systems for safety and visibility, and heavy equipment such as cranes for moving large parts and major repairs. Critical spare parts: parts whose absence or failure could cause a complete stoppage of production. These parts are managed with the highest priority to ensure uninterrupted system operation. Our main goal in this area is to ensure timely and standard delivery of all items – from process equipment to consumables and critical parts – and to manage inventories that maximize asset life and minimize the risk of production downtime.
