This specialized team is responsible for monitoring and addressing the corrosion status of equipment and structures throughout the complex.
Services include the following:
Periodic corrosion monitoring: Inspection of pipelines, tanks, and metal structures using visual inspection and precision instrumentation.
Corrective work: Light and quick repairs including protective painting, coating restoration and correction of surface defects to prevent further damage.
Applying protective coatings: Using standard anti-corrosion paints and coatings to increase equipment resistance to environmental and chemical conditions.
Technical advice: Recommendations for reducing corrosion rates, including material selection, optimizing operating conditions, and implementing corrosion monitoring systems.
Documentation and reporting: Periodic reports on corrosion status and actions taken to support management decisions and future planning.
